What happens if I stop paying?
Your affiliate eligibility lasts through the verified paid period of your membership or qualifying service. At expiry, new earnings stop and direct referrals transfer permanently to Bruno. Renewing does not restore them. Earned commission remains recorded, subject to refunds/reversals and valid adjustments. Other affiliates keep their own direct customers.
When and how am I paid?
Every eligible payment has a 15-day commission hold. The commission becomes available immediately when that hold ends; there is no monthly payout cycle. Withdrawals will be on request. The withdrawal flow is not enabled yet. Planned sending fees are $5 USD per TRC withdrawal or $1 USD per ERC withdrawal—not monthly fees. No withdrawal fee is charged yet, and no automatic crypto conversion, wallet transfer or PayPal payout is connected.
Do I earn on the $5 membership fee?
No. Commissions relate to eligible product and service purchases, not affiliate membership fees or recruitment itself. The $5 fee is also excluded from the customer referral discount.
Can I see everyone’s email?
No. You see contact email for your current direct referrals. At levels two and three you see names and relevant service/commission summaries, without contact details.
Can I earn without buying a separate membership?
Yes. An active paid Bruno service includes affiliate eligibility, once you voluntarily enroll and accept the terms. Complimentary grants and consumable top-ups do not qualify as a recurring paid service.
What should I tell people when I share my link?
Recommend services you honestly believe are useful, disclose that you may earn a commission, get permission before marketing and do not spam or promise earnings.
Is checkout live?
The current portal is in sandbox testing. Sandbox transactions do not collect real membership payments or create real commission obligations. Live collection is a separate merchant-readiness release.
